Amy Macy, M.A., N.C.C. has over 20 years of experience in education, college admissions, founding a college counseling, honors, and post-secondary support program, and creating a highly successful business.
Named 'High School Counselor of the Month' by The State of Colorado, Amy has been widely recognized for her efforts within the field of college and post-secondary counseling. Amy is the former Director of College Counseling at Denver Academy. A summa cum laude graduate of the University of Colorado, and she holds a master's in counseling psychology.
As a former Admissions Counselor at the University of Colorado at Boulder, Amy has a unique perspective that allows her to counsel students with a competitive edge; she knows what college admissions representatives are looking for in their candidates. Amy is highly knowledgeable about colleges that match various learning profiles, including gifted and talented students and students with learning differences.

Chris McCabe's, career has spanned more than twenty years in the manufacturing and engineering sector, in addition to years of governmental and educational experience.
He has drafted, edited, and translated high-quality written output, including company profiles for global manufacturers, engineering design reviews, product manuals, financial reports, medical paper reviews, cultural heritage site histories, and more. Chris graduated summa cum laude from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
Chris leverages his professional, technical expertise to help optimize every essay with powerful and concise writing. Chris is fluent in Japanese and enjoys writing haiku poetry in his free time.

Emily Lamont, M.A., National Board Certified Teacher, Emily Lamont, M.A., National Board-Certified Teacher, has over 15 years experience in education as a teacher of Secondary English Language Arts.
She works extensively working with students as an academic mentor and college essay coach. Emily is adept working with students from all academic levels and backgrounds. Her coaching allows for students to write adeptly, developing their voices to present their most authentic selves through their writing.
Emily’s passion for bringing out her students’ excellency makes her especially gifted at taking the fear and stress out of the college essay writing process. Building relationships with her students through compassion and a bit of humor is the foundation of her success.
Sandy Weiner is the one who keeps everything moving—effectively, efficiently, and always with a calm, steady hand. A retired nurse and former computer instructor, Sandy has spent her life helping others thrive, whether through compassionate care or empowering people with new skills.
Often described as the MacGyver of grandmas and administrative assistants, Sandy has an uncanny ability to fix, organize, or troubleshoot just about anything—usually with creativity, patience, and a touch of magic.
She is the proud mother of two adult children—Amy is fortunate to call her “Mom.”
